3. ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT DURATIONS
Fulfillment durations refer to the time it takes for us to complete, process, pack, and ship your order. It’s important to understand that this duration does not indicate the delivery date (see sections 6-7). The shipping method chosen at checkout and its associated transit time are separate from the estimated fulfillment durations.

Shipping windows will be included in your Order Confirmation email as of July 2023.
To manually calculate your shipping window, start by identifying the fulfillment duration for your order type (see section 3). From the next business day after your purchase, exclude weekends and U.S. holidays, counting only business days (Monday to Friday) until you reach the specified range corresponding to your shipping window. Here’s a step-by-step guide to determine your shipping window:
1. Identify the first business day: This is typically the next business day after your order placement.
2. Determine the duration of your fulfillment window: Refer to the Estimated Shipping Durations (section 3) for your specific shipping window duration.
3. Exclude weekends: Do not count Saturdays and Sundays as they are not business days.
4. Exclude holidays: Identify any holidays within your shipping window and exclude them as well (section 2).
5. Determine your shipping window: Use the counted business days to establish the start and end dates for your shipping window, giving you an estimate of when your order should be shipped.
By following these steps, you can accurately gauge your shipping window based on business days, aiding in your planning and anticipation of your order's arrival.
5. ORDER TRACKING, STATUS, AND UPDATES
The 'Order Confirmation' and 'Shipping Confirmation' emails are your primary channels for updates regarding your order's status and progress. We do not provide individual updates during fulfillment. Instead, you can track the elapsed business days and refer to the Shipping and Fulfillment Process Diagram to determine your order's current stage.
Order Confirmation Email:
Upon order placement, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email is sent immediately and contains essential information, including your unique order number, detailed order information, estimated shipping window, and any additional relevant details.
Shipping Confirmation Email:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has officially shipped within the estimated shipping window. This email includes relevant tracking information to help you monitor your package's progress during transit. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be activated and updated on the shipping carrier's website.
Tracking Your Package:
To conveniently track your package, click the direct link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or use the full tracking number also included in that email. This link will take you to UPS's website for real-time updates on your package's movements and location.
6. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Please be aware that the shipping method selected during checkout and its associated transit time are separate from the estimated fulfillment durations (section 3). For instance, if you have a Ready-to-Ship order with an estimated fulfillment duration of 3-5 business days and choose UPS Ground as your shipping method (with a transit time of 2 business days, depending on location), you can expect your order to be delivered within a total of 5-7 business days.
UPS Ground is our primary shipping method for all packages, typically resulting in deliveries within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and other external factors. Note that these estimated delivery times may be affected during peak seasons at the postal office, such as holidays and election seasons.
UPS Next Day Air is an alternative shipping method available upon request for an additional $35. However, this upgrade only affects delivery speed after your order has been shipped and does not impact processing times or shipping windows.
Local Pick-Up is a convenient option exclusively for customers in our local area. Instead of having your order shipped, you can choose to pick it up at our designated location in Philadelphia, PA. This option is especially beneficial for those who prefer to collect their purchases in person or wish to avoid shipping fees.
7. SHIPPING DELIVERY
The delivery dates for your package are determined solely by UPS's operations. Generally, the estimated delivery timeframe after your order has shipped is between 2-5 business days. UPS will provide the estimated delivery date within your tracking link, available in your Shipping Confirmation email. Once your package leaves our facility, UPS takes full responsibility for its prompt and secure delivery. While we strive to provide accurate shipping window estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as they depend on the carrier's processes and any unforeseen circumstances. Factors such as weather, high shipping volumes, and unexpected events can all affect the actual delivery date. We emphasize that we have no control over your package's status or delivery speed at this point. We recommend using the tracking information provided to monitor your package's status and obtain real-time updates from UPS. For any concerns regarding delivery, please reach out to UPS directly for the most accurate information.
8. ORDER PICK-UP
For customers located near Philadelphia, PA, we offer a convenient "Local Pick-Up" option during checkout instead of shipping. Please understand that selecting this option does not impact processing times or shipping windows; the same terms and durations from the Estimated Shipping Duration (section 3) apply. For example, if your estimated shipping duration is 7-14 business days, your Pick-Up ready email will be sent within that timeframe. This email will include all details needed for your pick-up, such as the address, designated times, and instructions. Please note that pick-ups are only available during our regular business hours.
9. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING DELAYS
We understand the importance of timely package delivery and aim to provide efficient shipping services. However, some factors, both within and beyond our control, can occasionally cause shipping delays. In the event of a delay, we will strive to communicate with you as early as possible. Please be aware of the following potential delay factors:

11. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
To ensure your package is delivered correctly, please double-check the shipping address during checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address to avoid potential disputes and maintain verification. If you need to change your delivery address, we recommend using the UPS My Choice portal for managing and updating your delivery preferences.
