- **Clearance Items**: All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

1. Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide the return address.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- **Refunds**: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 1 business day, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
